Breakfast of cycle commuter champions!

One thing I've been doing recently is switching from toast for breakfast to something more nutritious and low in carbs. Scrambled eggs with avocado is a simple hack for a breakfast I can put in my bike bag and eat at work without having to lose time sourcing breakfast:

2 eggs, 1/4 avocado, butter. I whisk the eggs in a bowl with a fork, add a dash of salt and pepper, cook in a generous blob of butter. While that is cooking, it only takes a few seconds to slice some avocado and throw into a sealable tub. By that time the scrambled eggs are ready to add to the tub and you are ready to pack it for the bike ride. These are 100% natural ingredients, only take a few minutes to prepare and you will find that with the slower-release energy you will be full for hours. And don't forget to pack a fork!
